Main Responsibilities

  • Process invoices, payment to suppliers, proper cleaning services, handling mail, assets e.g. vehicles, buildings etc. stock taking
  • Processing S&T, requisitions, pay salaries, do reconciliations of financial statements, monthly financial statements.
  • Prepare submissions to ED to fill vacant posts, interviews and selection.
  • Process salary adjustment/increments, handle any personal related enquiry, place advertisements for vacancies (internal/external) – approved by OPM, handle OT/danger allowance.
  • Prepare information on bursaries, conduct induction training to all staff member, conduct training needs assessments and administer training matters.
